Spin Endurance: Heart rate training range=65-75% of maximum
The body burns mostly fat and some carbohydrates. The goal is to increase your aerobic activity.



All Terrain: Heart rate training 65-92% of maximum heart rate
The body burns fat and carbohydrates. incorporates all kinds of riding, working aerobically and anaerobically.



Spin & Stretch:  30 minutes of spinning followed by 20 minutes of extensive stretching with 6ft ropes.



Spin & Core Training: 30 minutes of spinning followed by 20 minutes of abdominal strengthening.



Interval Spinning: Heart rate training range = 65-92% of maximum.
This advanced class cycles through intervals working you in aerobic and energy bouts.

H20 Power
A High Intensity Cardio workout for the Advanced participant. Not recommended for beginners.


H20 Works Intervals
Use barbells, paddles and water resistance to strengthen between cardio segments.


Joint Effort
Designed by the National Arthritis Foundation, a series of gentle exercises are performed in the warm water.


Water Yoga
Yoga postures for strength training and stretching in the warm water setting. No Open Swim.

Hi/Lo H20
Shallow Water choreography class. Great class for the beginner participant or anyone with arthritis.


Silver Splash
A Silver Sneakers water class for those with limitations.

Cardio Boxing
A low intensity, non-contact, cardio class based on boxing moves and sports conditioning.


Cardio Challenge
Instructor's Choice of step, hi/lo, intervals, circuits, spinning...anything to make you move!


Better Bones Plus
An integrated class of lo impact cardio endurance plus strength training for the 55+ population (new exercisers welcome).

Strength and Tone
Exercises that strengthens your ENTIRE BODY: squats, lunges, presses, lifts and curls. Easy to follow for ALL Levels of Fitness!


Step & Sculpt
30 minutes of step followed by 20 minutes of strength training.


Mat Pilates
Movements concentrating on Core stabilization, breathing, flow and stamina for functional use.


Firm and Tone
A class designed to target the muscles that need toning with strength and flexibility with some cardio mixed in.


Step Interval
A 4 to 1 Ratio alternating 4 minutes step with 1 minute toning followed by abdominal and back strengthening.


Body Sculpt
This class emphasizes muscular strength and endurance training using weights, tubing, bands and exerballs.


Basic Yoga
This class will teach basic yoga Postures at a slow and controlled pace. Great for everyone!


TBC
Total Body Conditioning including Step, hi/lo. kickboxing, and Strength Training.


Hi/Low
A cardio class combining high and low impact moves that keep you jamming. Abs complete the workout.


ZUMBA
Aerobic and Fitness Training set to Latin International Music.  Easy to follow and EVERYONE can do It!  Join The ZUMBA PARTY! 


MSROM 
A Silver Sneakers Program that concentrates on Muscular Strength
              and Range of Motion. Chairs are available for another option.


Bring to Class: A water bottle, towel and proper footwear.


Health and Fitness Assessments: Personal Wellness Profile, Body Composition, Flexibility, Muscular Strength and Endurance. Inquire at the Front Desk for information.
