Instructor's Choice of step, hi/lo, intervals, circuits, spinning...anything to make you move!
Better Bones Plus
An integrated class of lo impact cardio endurance plus strength training for the 55+ population (new exercisers welcome).
Just Strength
Exercises that strengthens your ENTIRE BODY: squats, lunges, presses, lifts and curls.
Step & Sculpt
30 minutes of step followed by 20 minutes of strength training.
Mat Pilates
Movements concentrating on Core stabilization, breathing, flow and stamina for functional use.
Step Interval
A 4 to 1 Ratio alternating 4 minutes step with 1 minute toning followed by abdominal and back strengthening.
Body Sculpt
This class emphasizes muscular strength and endurance training using weights, tubing, bands and exerballs.
Basic Yoga
This class will teach basic yoga Postures at a slow and controlled pace. Great for everyone!
TBC
Total Body Conditioning including Step, hi/lo. kickboxing, and Strength Training.
Hi/Low
A cardio class combining high and low impact moves that keep you jamming. Abs complete the workout.
ZUMBA
Aerobic and Fitness Training set to Latin International Music. Easy to follow and EVERYONE can do It! Join The ZUMBA PARTY!
MSROM
A Silver Sneakers Program that concentrates on Muscular Strength
and Range of Motion. Chairs are available for another option.
Bring to Class: A water bottle, towel and proper footwear.
