An integrated class of low impact aerobics and light weights to increase fitness levels for the 55+ population.
A muscle strength and endurance POWER class using your own body weight, dumb bells, power bars and exercise bands.
TBC (Total Body Conditioning)
Combine these two 45 minute workouts to create total body conditioning of strength, flexibility, and cardio endurance. This class will use your own body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc. Never the same class twice!
Extreme Fitness Challenge
This class is designed to increase cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone and flexibility through sustained exercises. Exercises may include jogging, jumping, pushups, use of dumbbells, bands, and more!
This class focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness without building bulk.
Yoga is combined with Pilates to create ultimate flexibility and core strength.
This high energy class will elevate heart rate using a STEP. Muscle training is included.
Strength & Stretch
Designed by a certified personal trainer to increase total body strength. Squats, pushups, abdominal work combined with flexibility training make this class great for all fitness levels.
AM: Iyengar-type: Deep stretching class focuses on body alignment and breath control.
PM: Kundalini -type: Increase circulation by practicing rhythmic breathing. Spiritually focused class includes seated poses. Research shows that practicing yoga can help reduce body aches, pains and depression.
An aerobic dance class that incorporates many dance styles; Hip-Hop, salsa, merengue, & some belly dancing. Squats & lunges may be included in this "Fitness Party."
Bring to Class: A water bottle, towel and proper footwear.
